Is EZRACK easy to install?
Yes, EZ Rack is easily installed on any vehicle equipped with a 1.25” or 2” tow hitch system. It fits directly inside the hitch and can be secured with a padlock (optional)

How long does it take to assemble the EZ RACK?
It only takes 10 minutes for the initial assembly of your EZRACK. Subsequent uses will only require 2 or 3 minutes to mount into place.

How easy is it to mount bicycles on the rack?
You only need to lift the bicycle into the track and secure the frame attachment into place, and it is done. No physical strength required.

I have a rear mounted spare wheel, can I still use the EZRACK system?
Yes, EZRack can be fitted on your vehicle, even equipped with a rear mounted spare wheel. We offer an optional extension to the attachment to enable you to install the EZRack at a safe distance from the spare wheel, or the rear mounted ladder on a motorized camper. Available extensions add 2” to 23” to the standard attachment.

Can EZRACK be installed on my car, my truck, my motorized or adapted camper?
Whether you own a car, a minivan, a pick-up truck, a motorized or adapted camper, EZRACK can be installed on any vehicle equipped with a tow hitch. Even vehicles equipped with a rear mounted spare wheel or rear steps can be fitted with our optional extension attachment especially designed for our bicycle platform.

Is it true that I can access the rear of my vehicle or the trunk of my car without removing the bicycles from the rack?
Absolutely, in less than 10 seconds and with a simple swivel out motion, your bicycles will be moved out of the way to give you access to the rear, the trunk, the tailgate or the rear steps of your camper. If you are not convinced, watch the demonstration video herewith.

Is it difficult to swivel out?
Anyone can easily handle the EZRack swivel arm, even a child can safely maneuver it. Equipped with an easy to use ergonomically designed handle, EZRACK is easy and safe to swivel in our out.

Could I damage my vehicle by swiveling the rack once opened?
No, The EZRACK system was conceived with a hold back system that blocks the rack at a safe distance from your vehicle when being swiveled. Your bicycles and your vehicle are completely protected from any accidental contact.

What if I am transporting expensive bicycles, will they be safe?
Our SportRack 2EZ, Hollywood and SWAGMAN EZRack models are designed to carry all bicycles in total safety, whether your bicycle is used for weekend country rides or whether you own a more expensive professional type bicycle. These systems use wheel blocking and frame restrains to protect both your bicycles and your vehicle during transport. Consult the pictures section of this site to view for yourself all the features of our EZRACK system.

Can the rack be closed or folded up when not in use?
All our support systems can be closed, or folded when not in use. All our systems can also be swiveled out when folded to give access to your vehicle.

Can the EZRACK system be folded when the vehicle is equipped with a rear mounted spare wheel?
Almost all our systems fold on the right hand side of the vehicle, therefore on the opposite side of the rear mounted spare wheel fitted on most vehicles. If your rear mounted spare wheel is on the right side, we offer the optional EZRACK Safari that can fold either side, left or right.

Can I try out the system?
With pleasure. You can make an appointment to visit our Drummondville factory to try out the system. This is the best bicycle rack on the market.
